Refund Returns Policy
- All returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days from date of purchase -- money back guarantee
- All returns or exchanges must be initiated with Geek Toys World INC knowledge, and are at the absolute discretion of Geek Toys World INC and may be denied for just cause
- All returning merchandise must include all accessory items with the corresponding order number(s) inside the returning package to our facility
- All returns related shipping costs or fees are the responsibility of the customer and not of Geek Toys World
- Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. An email notification will be sent once the return or exchange is processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business day(s) based on your payment provider.

- Please note, returns will be accepted only in original unopened package. The seal needs to remain untouched and undamaged in order to be able to process refund.
